All events will go through an approval process before being added to the calendar. You will be emailed once your event is approved!

In order for approval, the event must meet the following requirements:
- be a carefully planned, legal community event that is open to the public
- be located within Summers County
- cannot contain content with profane language, sexual content, or controversial subjects
- cannot endorse or encourage illegal activity
- cannot compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems
- cannot violate a legal interest of any other party
- cannot promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation

Summers County reserves the right to restrict content or events that do not meet the requirements stated above.
